Desperately Aching is a deeply immersive, captivating, seductive and powerful recording. The effect is like being drawn in by the strongest wave, one you do not see coming but that overtakes you entirely. The opening minutes of the file call to the senses the feelings that usually occur at the culmination of a file. It’s almost like having a memory of a very sweet dream. Beginning at such a point, a part of me wondered where I could possibly go from here. The answer is deeper, much deeper. As her voice softens, there are whispers laced in the background, some words heard and some just received as beautiful sounds to float on. Eyes closed, releasing the senses to this gorgeous siren song sung in the most lovely of voices, I find it impossible to resist. There isn’t a moment that doesn’t surround the senses, it’s like her voice is wrapping around the listener, many times embracing until your every movement is determined her will. It is a beautiful place to be. There may be many hypnotists and I have listened to a few, but never have I felt so overwhelmed and so comforted and calmed in the process. The ache isn’t a surface feeling, it is of the heart, the mind, and the body. Every ache has it’s echo in the sweetness and pleasure of falling deep for a powerful Goddess, and having the luck to (hopefully) be pleasing to her.
